This was a whole home remodel on an Eichler house in Mountain View in 2010. They had a two-car garage that was turned into a one-car garage. The part that was the garage was used to expand a new living area near the remodeled kitchen. A new entry way was created, the ceiling was raised, a new master bathroom was added and a laundry room was also added. It was originally 1,234 sq. ft. house with 449 sq. ft. added. It’s 3 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms.
