One thing we are enthusiastic about nowadays is epoxy grout used in bathrooms. If you’ve fallen in love with a mosaic tile, but don’t want to even think about scrubbing all that grout, there is another option to regular grout that will slash your bathroom cleaning time down to nothing with your tile sparkling like new in months and years to come.

Epoxy grout won’t crack, shrink, or discolor, making it ideal for applying in wet areas, such as showers, tubs and around sinks. It’s also highly resistant to the harsh chemicals found in cleaning products. As an added bonus, unlike traditional cement grout, epoxy grout does not need to be sealed, due to its non-porous nature.

Epoxy grout does come with a higher price tag. The extra time to apply epoxy and clean thoroughly afterwards plus the tools have to be thrown away which also adds to the bottom line, making this grout a considerably larger investment. Grout, without ever having to scrub again, though, is a fabulous solution when having tile installed for back splashes, bathrooms and other wet areas. Ask Jack about Epoxy grout.
